Creekside and Countryside are two skilled nursing residence facilities designed for Hegg Memorial Health Center Avera as components of a campus master plan developed with Avant Architects, Inc.  Creekside, Countryside together with the 7,750 SF Community Senior Center make up Whispering Heights.  Both residences replaced an outdated long-term care facility.

Generous windows throughout provide light and views for residents and staff alike.  Warm, rich wood tones create an inviting atmosphere.  Each Residence facility has direct access to Hospital services on the Health Center Campus.
