A much needed urban infill, mixed use development planned in the heart of Omaha, Nebraska,  the Crossroads Village development is planned to take the place of a now defunct Crossroads Mall located on the sprawling site.  The development will provide a new, pedestrian scale to the 50- acre site and the buildings are designed to reflect the high-tech, high action programming.

Avant Architects, Inc. is involved in all aspects of the Crossroads Village Project.  Avant Architects provides Master Planning, Schematic Concept Design and Site Design services for the Crossroads Village Project.   Avant Architects is providing coordination with the City of Omaha Planning department, coordination with Tenant’s and prospective Tenant’s, development of plans, renderings, and other marketing materials for the Developer.  Avant is coordinating potential Contractor’s, multiple budgets, and financing sources requirements to  the Owner.
